Super cool little local spot. Tons of younger folks but the food was great and the service was on point. The drinks could have been a little stronger but it's a college spot so I get it. One thing is that I noticed alot of stray cats around which was super badass being an animal lover but nobody gave them their leftovers and that's the only thing that disappointed me. Otherwise a great spot. Huntsville hasn't failed me yet, surprisingly. CHEERS!

All I can say is Wow! What a phenomenal experience and delicious Steak dinner. We had the incredible 16-18 ounce Ribeye with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and large salad. The steak was seasoned just right and cooked to absolute perfection. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the fresh air and great music. Tori, our extraordinary waitress, took great care of us. She is a top-notch waitress! Please stop by grab a fabulous steak and please ask for Tori. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Humprey's American Grill.

While attending the Huntsville Fair on the Square, we stumbled across an incredible food truck that we just had to try. Not being from the area, we were thrilled to find such a delicious option. I ordered the gyro, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had. The meat was perfectly juicy and packed with flavor, seasoned just right to create a truly satisfying bite. The toppings were fresh and added the perfect crunch, and the warm pita made everything come together seamlessly. What really impressed us was how quickly the food came out, especially with the hustle and bustle of the fair. The service was efficient, and the portion size was more than generous, making it a great value for the price. Even though we’re not locals, this food truck made our trip to Huntsville even more memorable. If we’re ever back in town, stopping here for another gyro will be at the top of our list. If you’re visiting the Huntsville Fair or just passing through, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

This place was great with good country music and generous portions. My family didn't like the pizza saying it was made with marinara sauce instead of pizza sauce. Fries were seasoned with Italian seasoning which made them taste good. But water tasted like tap water.

Great burger- juicy and lots of bacon and fries are very big and good , steak was delicious perfectly cooked the way I requested . Food came out fast and service was great . Passing through and seen it had good reviews and it’s true . Good prices worth it all . Great location a a friendly atmosphere and lots of tvs to see the game while drinking a beer and eating great food .

This place might be my new favorite burger place. I ordered the cowboy. It had lots of bacon, cheese, tons of caramelized onions, and BBQ sauce. I’m not sure what type of beef they used but it reminded me of snake River farms beef. It was so amazingly flavorful and juicy. The onions were perfectly cooked teaming up with the tower of bacon. The bun was also extremely fresh a soft. The French fries we good sized and heavily seasoned. They came out nice and hot. We also got an order of onion rings. They were bomb as well. They had a nice thin breading on them and the serving size was more than I was expecting. I look forward to trying out other items on the menu. If you are looking for a good burger definitely stop here. They also have a great looking drink menu.

Fantastic burgers & definitely be sure to get the homemade onion rings! I enjoyed the Cowboy Burger. Cooked perfectly in your choice of brioche or sourdough bread. Thick juicy patty with a layer of bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce, topped with caramelized onions. A 5 star rating is hard to get from me but Humphreys gets it. Enjoy outside patio dining next to SHSU campus.

My husband and I had their Hog Haven (they weren’t kidding about the bacon) and their Cowboy burgers, and WOW!!! 10/10! We were def skeptical! We were driving from Houston to Dallas and were craving a GOOD juicy, seasoned burger and we found the spot! And awesome fries!!!!!!
